What Does Skip Hire Software Really Cost?
The monthly price is only part of the cost. Look at setup, extra users or vehicles, payment fees, messaging, hardware, integrations, migration and the staff time still spent joining separate systems together.

Start with the published subscription
Skiptastic's current monthly plans are Start at £49, Grow at £99 and Scale at £149. Skiptastic is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to those subscription prices.
Every current package includes the customer booking page, office system, Skiptastic Driver App and customer online account. Start is presented for a one-vehicle operation, Grow for a team coordinating several vehicles and Scale for an operation working across more than one depot.
Ask what the headline leaves out
Two products with the same monthly price can have very different total costs. Confirm whether setup, additional staff, vehicles, depots, storefronts, messages, accounting connections, storage and support are included.

Value the admin that remains
If the scheduler, asset list, driver proof and invoicing remain separate, staff still reconcile the same job several times. Include that recurring office time—and the cost of missing information—when comparing systems.

Run a realistic trial
Test a delivery, exchange, failed visit, requested collection, driver proof, waste record and invoice. Confirm exports, cancellation, data ownership and payment responsibilities before committing.
Skiptastic offers a 14-day trial with no payment card. It does not become a paid subscription automatically; an operator chooses a monthly plan only if they decide to continue.

Are Stripe fees included?
Stripe processing for an operator's customer payments is separate from the Skiptastic subscription, and the operator remains responsible for its connected account fees and transactions.

No. Compare required capabilities, limits, migration effort, support and the staff time left in manual processes.
