Manage Waste Transfer Records Digitally

Keep the waste details, parties, dates and evidence with the job they belong to. Skiptastic turns the information your team records into a clear digital waste record and downloadable PDF.

What goes into the record

The record can include the customer and site, carrier and supplier details, waste description, EWC code, dates, quantities and declarations. Staff can view it in the workspace and download it as a PDF.

Once issued, the supplier and carrier details are preserved. Changing the company account later will not rewrite an older document.

  • Job and customer details
  • Waste description and EWC field
  • Carrier and party details
  • Quantity and movement dates
  • PDF and audit evidence

From job entry to retained record

The office selects or enters the waste type and EWC code when creating the job. The driver sees the recorded waste information, completes the relevant work and captures required proof. The waste record remains connected to that job instead of being filed as an unrelated document.

EWC codes need informed classification

An EWC or List of Waste code classifies the waste, not the skip. Skiptastic stores the operator's selected code but does not determine the correct classification from a product name or container size.

Operators should use current official waste-classification guidance and competent advice, particularly where hazardous properties may apply.

Today's records and tomorrow's reporting

Skiptastic supports digital waste records for your jobs. It is not currently connected to the government's Digital Waste Tracking service and does not claim DEFRA or Environment Agency approval.

The reporting timetable can change, so always check current GOV.UK and regulator guidance before making a compliance decision.
