Take Skip Hire Bookings Through Your Own Storefront
Let customers choose a skip, check the service area, request a delivery date and pay through your own branded storefront. The booking arrives with the details your office needs to plan the job.
Make the storefront yours
Your storefront shows your trading name, headline, colours, contact details and skip images. Customers see the company that will actually supply the hire. You decide which booking phone number or email address is public; Skiptastic never publishes your registration email automatically.
Every package includes your own booking address, such as book.yourcompany.co.uk. You can use the temporary book.skiptastic.co.uk link during setup. We then show you the one domain setting to add and confirm when your company address is safe to advertise.
Ask for the details the office needs
Customers enter the delivery postcode, waste type, skip choice and requested date as they book. The postcode example comes from that operator's configured service area, including exact outward codes such as SW18 where used, rather than sending a visitor to a postcode the operator does not cover.
After a customer chooses a delivery date, the journey waits for the latest capacity check before continuing. A sold-out date is stopped immediately; an interrupted check has a clear retry rather than assuming availability.

Show a price the customer can understand
Each skip card combines the product price with the matching postcode and waste extras, and names the hire period. Before selection, the journey says Prices from; after selection it says Selected total.
VAT-registered operators show the VAT split. If the operator leaves its VAT number blank, Skiptastic treats the advertised product price as the final customer total and does not add VAT. The final receipt and customer email identify the booking reference and submitted details without making an unverified VAT claim.
Help customers choose the right skip
Add an example image and clear description to each skip product so customers do not have to choose from a size name alone. New company accounts start with plain-English project and bag guidance instead of placeholder copy.
Your business decides the capacity guidance, restrictions and hire terms shown to customers.
Take payment through your own Stripe account
Connect your own Stripe account to accept card payments. Customer funds go to that connected account; they do not pass through Skiptastic's subscription account.
Online payment becomes available after your Stripe connection has been completed and verified.
Send the booking straight into the working day
The customer, site and booking details stay together when the job reaches the office, so staff do not have to retype an email or paper form.
The customer can receive a detailed request email. After the office sends a one-time account invitation, the customer sees clear progress such as Awaiting your confirmation instead of office-only status codes.

What can customers do online?
Customers can check the skip sizes you publish, request or pay for a booking, follow progress and use their online account for repeat work.
Can each skip company use its own branding?
Yes. The customer booking page supports the operator's trading details, colours, headline, products and product images.
Is my own booking address included?
Yes. Every package includes an address such as book.yourcompany.co.uk. Skiptastic shows you the one domain setting to add, then confirms when the address is secure and ready to use.
Who receives the customer's card payment?
The skip operator connects its own Stripe account. Online payments are accepted through that connected account, separately from Skiptastic subscription billing.
