The dispatch view groups jobs by date and lets the office filter and assign work. Each card carries operational context such as job type, site, requested collection date, time window, skip assignment and proof requirements.
The scheduler supports deliberate moves and assignments rather than silently changing the job when a drag or request fails.

A collection needs the skip already at site. An exchange needs both the outgoing and replacement asset. A delivery needs an available skip. Skiptastic keeps those differences visible when the office plans and when the driver completes the work.

Keep the office and driver in sync
Once dispatched, the driver sees the latest run and the next job. Office changes appear in the same working record, while drivers can report progress, flag a problem and attach site proof.
If the signal drops, the app can keep a recent assigned run available and queue supported updates until the connection returns.
Reduce missed jobs with better context
Software cannot remove traffic, access problems or last-minute customer changes. It can make the time window, access note, contact, asset and requested action visible before the driver arrives—and preserve what happened if the visit fails.

Can the office change a driver's run?
Yes. Authorised office users can update dispatch assignments and ordering, with validation and current data available to the driver workflow.
Does route ordering replace driver judgement?
No. Skiptastic can request provider-neutral distance ordering when configured, but access restrictions, vehicle suitability and real road conditions still require operational judgement.
