Give Every Driver One Clear Run

Give drivers one clear place for today's run, site details, access notes and job actions. Updates return to the office against the right job, without giving drivers access to the full admin system.

Start with today's run

Drivers enter the company workspace and their private PIN to see the jobs assigned to them. The next job and its current action stay inside the first phone screen, while a compact safety card keeps the daily vehicle check visible and one tap away.

The app shows Start journey first, replaces it with Arrived safely at the next stage, and reveals site-proof and completion controls only after arrival. Owners create or reset driver access under Setup → Drivers, then give the workspace name and PIN to the right person.

  • Assigned daily run
  • One current progress action
  • Delivery, collection and exchange work
  • Customer site and access notes
  • Skip and vehicle details

Keep changes up to date

If dispatch changes the run, the driver receives the latest assignment instead of relying on a printed list from the start of the day. Progress and problems are recorded against the job for the office to see.

Drivers still make the final safety judgement about access, loads, vehicles and road conditions.

Capture useful proof on site

After arrival, drivers can add a timestamped photo, signature or short note when your process requires it. A failed visit stays recorded as a problem rather than being marked complete just to clear the run.

Choose only the evidence your business needs and avoid collecting unnecessary personal information.

Keep working when the signal is poor

The installable web app can keep a recent assigned run available and queue supported updates when the connection drops. Those updates are sent when the driver reconnects.

Phones and networks vary, so test the devices your drivers normally use during the trial.

Record vehicle checks, defects and maintenance

The due card shows checklist progress without hiding the run. Drivers can open it to complete every item, add required defect notes and photographs, then sign and submit against the right driver and vehicle. Hiding an unfinished check keeps the answers on screen for later.

Office staff can record completed services, MOTs, inspections and repairs with mileage, supplier, reference, cost and next-due details. Date reminders and mileage within 500 miles return the relevant vehicle to the action centre; the Maintenance tab shows the exact reminder. These digital records support the operator's process, but do not replace inspection, maintenance or roadworthiness duties.

  • Daily check evidence
  • Visible safety-critical defects
  • Service and repair history
  • Date and mileage reminders

Buyer questions

Is the Skiptastic driver app available on Android?

Yes. It installs from a current Android browser, so drivers do not need a separate Play Store download. Test the phones your team uses during the trial.

Can drivers work with poor signal?

The app can keep a recent assigned run available and queue supported updates until the connection returns. Performance still depends on the phone, browser and network.

Can the office see driver location?

Authorised location updates can appear on the office map while the driver is working. They are private and are separate from the recorded location of a skip.
